We know that Fish & Chips are known for being a little greasy on occasion, but this well and truly takes the biscuit!
Behold this astonishing sight: a takeaway box brimming with grease, painstakingly extracted from one of our beloved local fish and chip shops. Our equipment registered wet film thickness deposit readings exceeding a whopping 1000 microns! With dedicated effort, we diligently scraped and washed the ductwork until it met the stringent certifiable limits (grease deposit limits should be below 200 microns as a mean across a specific system wherever possible).
Needless to say, the team deserved a round of applause—and perhaps a collective 10 showers—to cleanse themselves of the hard-earned grime.
