Pro-Duct Clean is a fast-growing, compliance-led specialist in ductwork deep cleaning and commissioning. We turn over more than £2.5 million a year, run multiple fully equipped vans across day and night shifts, and keep commercial kitchens, ventilation systems and fire dampers safe and compliant for a loyal base of repeat clients. We’re focused, ambitious and determined to be the best place to work in our industry.
The Role
We specialise in ductwork hygiene compliance: kitchen extract systems cleaned to BESA TR/19 Grease, and air supply and extract ventilation cleaned to TR/19 Air. This is a senior leadership role for a proven training and compliance professional from that world. You’ll design how we train and how we work: building our training programmes from new starter to Shift Lead, writing the processes behind every clean, and keeping us fully aligned with BESA and CITB. For the right person, there’s a real opportunity to step up to a directorship as we grow.
Training & Competence
- Design, write and deliver a structured training programme for every grade, from new starter to Shift Lead, in line with our career progression framework
- Train operatives in TR/19 Grease and TR/19 Air methods: kitchen canopies, extract ductwork and fans, supply and extract air handling units, grilles and fire dampers
- Maintain a live training matrix, tracking every certificate, card and renewal date (CSCS, IPAF, PASMA, confined spaces, asbestos awareness, working at height, first aid, et al)
- Assess competence on site, coach in the field and sign off progression between grades
- Manage CITB levy, grants and funded training, and source external providers within budget
Compliance & Quality
- Keep our work aligned with BESA TR/19 Grease and TR/19 Air, BS EN 15780 and fire damper testing standards (BS 9999)
- Design and document our operating processes, from pre-clean survey and wet film / deposit thickness testing through to post-clean reports and certification
- Own RAMS, COSHH assessments, permits and site-specific safety documentation
- Prepare for and lead audits for BESA membership, Constructionline, SafeContractor/CHAS and ISO standards
