Nigel is passionate about his staff and their well-being, and champions a collaborative family vibe within the company.
His Glaswegian wit keeps people on their toes day-to-day, and there is no mistaking the passion he has to continue to grow the business, and to innovate in this very niche and important area.
Customer Service Manager
Nicola joined the business in 2022 with a mandate to grow and shape our Customer Service Department to continue to be the best in the business. She has extensive history of taking large departments on and taking them to be hugely successful. Nicola is a person that gets things done.
Executive Assistant to Nigel Smith
Tanya is Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and covers HR, Compliance and just about anything else that’s asked of her.
With a wealth of experience she is a force of nature in the office who faces each challenge with the same enthusiasm.
She is also a ‘horsey girl’ with a fabulous fashion sense!
Carl has worked in sales for a number of years, he loves chatting to people about the size of their ducts.
You can put your trust in him as he is a reliable person, however, make sure you have the phone 2 metres away from your ear to protect your eardrums. He gets the job done, enjoys doing so, and loves to brag about it (typical salesman).
Gordon has come up through the ranks at PdC. He started as an operative. His communication and organisational skills were soon recognised, and he quickly progressed to Van Lead then Shift Supervisor.
In 2022 Gordon was promoted to Operations and Training Manager. He has a natural link to our Hospitality sector in so much as he turned the opportunity of being a professional goalkeeper down (Scunthorpe Utd) – you know what they say – Chefs, drummers, and goalkeepers – they are all mad!
Before joining us Gordon was a graphic designer for 25 years. Lastly, he is the proud owner of a Blue Peter Badge!
Lil is one of the newest members of our team but has taken to the job like a duck to water!
Having years of experience in the construction sector she has eased herself in her new position and it’s like she’s been here for years.
The girl loves a routine which includes a daily 4am wake up call to go on a 7 mile run – rather her than me!!
Natascha joined the business this summer and very quickly established herself within her role. Impressively, she has since taken control of one of our largest accounts. When she is not working she’s been known to channel her inner Shakira as she shakes a leg on the dance floor into the early hours..
Sarah has an amazing extended knowledge of our company’s core values, processes and customers’ expectations for which she has built on within the last 2 years with PdC.
