Pro-Duct Clean are currently seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join us in our East Bergholt HQ on a full-time or part-time basis. As a member of our team you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, whilst also having the flexibility to balance work and family commitments. If you’re a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Customer liaison
- Scheduling operatives
- Invoicing
- Database management
- Using Sage to send invoices
- Sending reports to clients
- Vehicle tracking
- Scheduling our 24/7 teams
- Work closely & maintain good relationships with our clients and internal departments
- Checking prices & Contracts are up to date
- Taking phone calls from customers and communicating important feedback internally
- Dealing with high volumes of emails
- Maintain our client database
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in customer facing roles
- Positive attitude
- Great telephone manner
- Plays well with others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pride in your work
- Adaptability
- SME experience
- A desire to learn and evolve
