Pro-Duct Clean are currently seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join us in our East Bergholt HQ on a full-time or part-time basis. As a member of our team you’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, whilst also having the flexibility to balance work and family commitments. If you’re a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you!


  • Customer liaison
  • Scheduling operatives
  • Invoicing
  • Database management
  • Using Sage to send invoices
  • Sending reports to clients
  • Vehicle tracking
  • Scheduling our 24/7 teams
  • Work closely & maintain good relationships with our clients and internal departments
  • Checking prices & Contracts are up to date
  • Taking phone calls from customers and communicating important feedback internally
  • Dealing with high volumes of emails
  • Maintain our client database



  • Minimum 3 years in customer facing roles
